What is LAVA GRILL?
Lava-yaki is a cooking method that uses near and far infrared rays emitted from lava stones of Mt. Fuji that are heated. The umami is confined by baking the surface evenly, and the meat is crispy on the outside and the original taste of the meat is condensed inside and served in a soft state.
Also, not only meat, but vegetables can be made even more sweet by fully bringing out the original taste.
Our restaurant uses such lava grills to cook various kinds of meat, so please try it once. There is no doubt that you will be captivated.
